• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential/multifamily settings.
• Willingness to learn safety training including HUD/LIHTC standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on call after hours.
• Conduct unit turns including painting and carpet cleaning as needed.
• Assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks.
• Pick up supplies from area vendors using a registered, insured vehicle.
• Report health and safety concerns to the manager.
• Travel to regional and corporate trainings as required.
