Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking dynamic maintenance professionals to join our team. The role focuses on basic residential maintenance support, assisting with unit turns, and maintaining curb appeal.

You will arrive on time, manage tasks efficiently, respond to work orders, and be available for after-hours on-call. Training on HVAC and HUD/LIHTC standards will be provided; travel to regional and corporate trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related field.
• Must have basic maintenance tools and be willing to assist neighboring properties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on‑call after hours.
• Must be willing to assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Must be able to pick up supplies from area vendors while operating a registered and insured vehicle.
• Travel to and participate in regional and corporate trainings as required.
