Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Strong plumbing, drywall and painting skills.
• Experience supervising a team is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of residential building systems and preventative maintenance.
• Proficient with maintenance software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with the on-site team to manage maintenance staff and repairs.
• Manage make-ready process to prepare apartments for move-in.
• Initiate and oversee maintenance projects to improve curb appeal and building systems.
• Develop scopes of work and bid with qualified contractors.
• Monitor expenses and assist with budgeting and vendor Pricing.
