Pratum Companies seeks a Maintenance Technician to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and handle service requests promptly on our residential properties in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include assisting the Maintenance Supervisor, completing make-readies, preventative maintenance, inspecting systems, and responding to emergencies. Must read English, have 3 years' experience, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience as a residential property management maintenance technician.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with on-site resident management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor on special projects and preventative maintenance.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Perform make-ready tasks including painting, appliance repair, and fixture replacement.
