Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and manage repairs to uphold property standards. You will oversee the make-ready process and drive projects that improve curb appeal while optimizing building systems.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, creating scopes of work, and monitoring budgets. You will supervise 2–3 staff daily and must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in residential property management or a related field.
• Excellent plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry knowledge.
• Experience supervising others on a residential residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance staff and repairs to uphold property upkeep.
• Oversee make ready process for timely move-ins.
• Initiate and oversee maintenance projects to improve curb appeal and optimize building systems.
• Develop scopes of work and solicit bids from qualified contractors.
• Monitor expenses, budgeting, and vendor pricing to minimize costs.
• Direct supervision of a maintenance team of 2–3 personnel daily.
