Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee residential maintenance operations, mentor technicians, and ensure timely, high-quality work. You will manage budgets, safety compliance, and 24/7 emergency responses, delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on trade skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, masonry), and a track record in multi-family housing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in multi-family housing maintenance or similar industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or coordination experience required.
• Certification or comparable experience in four or more trades including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, HVAC and building construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents by responding to maintenance requests.
• Follow safety guidelines for tools and equipment; manage maintenance personnel and work orders.
• Direct maintenance staff; plan move-in/move-out inspections and 24/7 emergency schedule.
• Train and support maintenance technicians; assist in projects and community activities.
• Manage maintenance orders; forecast expenses; maintain inventory within budget.
