Responsibilities include overseeing daily maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and partnering with property management and regional leadership for success. Strong technical knowledge and leadership are required; on-site work balance is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Residential maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and general repair.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations including work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Assign, prioritize, and track requests to ensure timely completion.
• Perform hands-on repairs across building systems.
• Ensure unit turns meet move-in readiness standards.
• Maintain records of work and inventory.
