Job summary

CYM Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at one of our residential communities. You will oversee daily activities, handle work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety and high‑quality service for residents.

This role balances hands‑on maintenance with team leadership, requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and a commitment to compliance,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous residential maintenance or property management experience preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and general repair.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and participate in on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations including work orders, preventive maintenance, emergency calls, and general repairs.
• Assign, prioritize, and track maintenance requests to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Perform hands‑on repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, and general building systems.
• Ensure all unit turns are completed efficiently, on schedule, and according to company move‑in readiness standards.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, supplies, tools, and equipment inventory.
• Conduct regular inspections of units, common areas, building systems, and grounds.
