Job summary

Corvias is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and mentor maintenance technicians, ensuring quality work and exceptional resident service. You will plan, direct, and optimize daily maintenance operations across a multi-family property, adhering to SOPs and budget guidelines.

The role requires extensive trade certifications, 6+ years in property maintenance with supervisory experience, and strong customer-focused leadership. A valid driver's license and own tools are expected.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; technical school training preferred.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in multi-family housing maintenance or similar with 1 year supervisory/coordination experience.
• Certification in four or more trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, HVAC, building construction).
• EPA Type I and II certification and basic training for LBP and mold; OSHA knowledge.
• Proven ability to organize and lead teams to meet business goals; strong budgeting and expense control.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents by promptly addressing maintenance requests and maintaining a clean work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and demonstrate knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance staff, assign work orders, and oversee move-ins/outs and 24/7 emergency maintenance.
• Train and support maintenance technicians in all projects and community activities.
• Process maintenance orders and manage inventory within budgeted guidelines; forecast expenses.
