Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to manage day-to-day maintenance of our residential properties. The role requires expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and more, with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and resident satisfaction.

You will mentor junior techs, complete work orders and turnovers on schedule, and uphold company safety standards while delivering exceptional service to residents and ensuring safe, well-maintained communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family or housing maintenance, construction, or trades.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EPA Type I and II certification; Type II or Type III / Universal EPA Certification required if installation/buildings have chillers.
• Certification or comparable experience in four or more trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, building construction.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents by responding to maintenance requests promptly.
• Complete make-ready/turnover work timely and according to the schedule.
• Perform tasks safely, following company safety standards and mitigating hazards.
• Train junior maintenance techs in hands-on settings and emphasize customer service and safety.
• Document work orders and timesheets accurately.
• Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed and no hazards are overlooked.
• Maintain community appearance through playground cleanup, trash pickup, and related duties.
• Possibility to perform grounds and housekeeping tasks as needed.
