Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily Broad on the Green. You will oversee move-in readiness, respond to resident service requests, and ensure timely, high-quality maintenance across apartments and common areas.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II (or CPO depending on city), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Travel between properties and on-call emergency coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type II certification is required.
• CPO certification may be required by city or state.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting, housekeeping and repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks in clean, safe condition.
• Participate in on-call emergency procedures as needed.
