Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily, to oversee maintenance tasks across residential properties in Florida. You will ensure market-ready apartments, timely service requests, and safe, compliant operations across grounds, pools, and common areas.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience and relevant certifications (EPA 608 Type II or CPO). On-call duties and travel between properties are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.
• Knowledge of state, local, and federal housing laws and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks to keep them clean and safe.
• Responds to on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Reports maintenance issues affecting budget or safety to the manager.
