Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work ensuring community standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose and repair issues, manage make-ready processes for new move-ins, and uphold Greystar standards across grounds, exteriors, and interiors. A valid toolset and safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law and must be skilled in safe tool use.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively for reporting and coordination.
• Proficiency in basic computer and MSOffice tools; property management system experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for financial and administrative tasks.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair defects in units and community facilities following policies and safety standards.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to meet Greystar quality.
• Periodically inspect work and supervise contractors to ensure quality and adherence to scope.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials; assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Assist in safety meetings and ensure MSDS and OSHA compliance.
