Greystar is seeking an on-site maintenance technician to ensure the community’s buildings, grounds and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality.

You will diagnose and repair resident-requested issues, manage the make-ready process for new move-ins, and help uphold Greystar’s quality standards across all areas while coordinating with management and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively to interact with residents and team members.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and measuring devices.

Responsabilités

• Respond to service requests and diagnose issues to perform repairs following policies and safety standards.
• Manage and complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Set and maintain standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work of other team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with scope.
