Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure building interiors, exteriors, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar quality and safety standards. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and support make-ready tasks for vacant units, coordinating with vendors as needed.

You will also help uphold cleanliness standards, supervise work by others for quality, and manage tools and inventory while adhering to budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade experience preferred.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade desired.
• Must provide own hand tools and use them safely.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Math skills to handle basic financial and administrative docs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and complete maintenance work in accordance with policies and safety standards.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Develop cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds and common areas to Greystar quality.
• Inspect peers and contractors to ensure quality, scope, and specifications.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with Community Manager for supplies and budget.
