ML Property Group LLC is seeking a Service Manager to oversee maintenance, preventive tasks, and amenity area upkeep across the property. You will partner with the Community Manager to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

This role requires 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA certifications, and a valid driver’s license. You will handle on-call emergencies, coordinate make-ready repairs, maintain logs, and ensure

Competenze

Three to five years of apartment maintenance experience; minimum one year as Service Manager.
HVAC certification and EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; own reliable transportation.
Proficiency with carpentry, electrical, plumbing and related tools.
Fluent English and good communication skills.

Mansioni

Perform maintenance tasks such as light bulb changes, filter changes, lock repairs and window coverings.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, make-ready repairs and inspections.
Respond to resident service requests and safety concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Maintain and organize a maintenance shop, logs (HVAC, pool, preventive maintenance, etc.).
Assist Community Manager with scheduling, supply orders, and safety compliance.
