Job summary

ML Property Group seeks an Area Service Manager to oversee maintenance, preventative tasks, and amenity area upkeep across properties. You will rotate locations within the portfolio, partnering with the on-site Service Manager as needed during assignments.

You will coordinate repairs, schedule preventive work, and ensure safety and quality across units. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service are essential to support residents and maintain property standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and make-ready repairs across communities.
• Coordinate take-downs, inspections and scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain logs for maintenance, pool, HVAC and safety inspections.
• Assist Community Manager and field teams; comply with MLPG policies.
