ML Property Group seeks a Service Manager to lead maintenance across the property, partner with the Community Manager, and ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and upkeep of amenities while coordinating with vendors and staff.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards, with a focus on timely response and high-quality service. Weekend and after-hours work may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Three to five years of apartment maintenance experience; at least one year in a Service Manager role.
• HVAC, EPA, and refrigerant handling certifications required or attainable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area upkeep.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on inspections, safety, and budget adherence.
• Perform on-call emergency service and respond within one hour when needed.
• Maintain logs for maintenance, pool, HVAC, and life/safety inspections.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized work environments and timely completion of tasks.
