Job summary

ML Property Group LLC is seeking a Service Manager to oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area upkeep across the property. The role partners with the Community Manager to achieve property goals and ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience, at least 1 year in a service-manager capacity, English fluency, and relevant certifications (HVAC, CPO, EPA).

Qualifications

• Three to five years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Minimum of one year of apartment Service Manager experience or equivalent.
• Fluent English language skills.
• HVAC certification, CPO certification, EPA Type I/II or Universal as applicable; valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service requests and preventative maintenance across the property.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on maintenance initiatives and property goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure living environment for residents and staff.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call requests within one hour when possible.
• Keep maintenance logs and ensure timely completion of work orders.
