ML Property Group LLC is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all service requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area upkeep across the community. You will coordinate with the Community Manager to keep the property safe, secure, and comfortable for residents, visitors, and staff.

You will supervise maintenance tasks, respond to emergencies within one hour when on call, and ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining logs and complying with safety policies.

Formación

• Three to five years of apartment maintenance experience.
• At least one year as a Service Manager or equivalent.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine community maintenance functions including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry.
• Responds to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• On-call emergency service after hours with rapid response.
• Maintains logs for maintenance, pool, HVAC, and safety inspections.
• Keeps maintenance shop clean and organized; coordinates with Community Manager to stay within budget.
