Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Service Manager I to coordinate maintenance staff, schedules, and safety programs at our multi-family properties. You will oversee repairs, budget monitoring, and ensure resident satisfaction with maintenance services.

The role requires four+ years in maintenance and safety, EPA Core and HVAC certifications, and the ability to manage on-site operations, inventories, and on-call duties. This is an on-site position in a residential property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Progressive maintenance and safety experience is required.
• Hands-on maintenance knowledge across building systems.
• Ability to use industry-specific software and coordinate requests.
• Must have EPA Core, Type I & II HVAC certifications and CPO license.
• Must provide own industry tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance staff schedules and assignments.
• Oversee safety training for the team and conduct property safety audits.
• Inspect property daily for repairs and hazards; ensure timely completion.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed and documented.
• Maintain tools and respond to on-call and resident requests.
