ML Property Group is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks across the property. You will coordinate with the Community Manager to meet property goals and ensure a safe, clean living environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include handling after-hours emergencies, maintaining logs, and supervising maintenance staff. A high school diploma is required, with HVAC/CPO/EPA certifications highly preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Three to five years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Minimum of one year as a Service Manager (or equivalent).
• HVAC certification.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• CPO certification.
• Valid driverʼs license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Manage all service requests and maintenance tasks for the property.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager on maintenance initiatives and goals.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and complete requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Maintain logs for maintenance, pool, HVAC, and preventative maintenance; keep work areas clean and organized.
• Order tools and supplies within budget; monitor inventory.
