Job summary

LINK Property Management is seeking a Service Manager for the Performance Management team to lead maintenance operations at a multi-family apartment community. You will supervise technicians, manage make-ready processes, and coordinate with vendors to maintain high exterior aesthetics and safety standards.

The role requires several years in residential maintenance with supervisory experience; HVAC knowledge is a plus. A valid driver's license and on-call availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair for residential, retail, or commercial property management.
• 1+ year of maintenance supervision leading a team.
• HVAC certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant service requests and make-ready completion process.
• Ensure exterior and grounds meet high maintenance standards.
• Lead a team of skilled technicians and coordinate vendor projects.
• Build and manage the community maintenance budget and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee daily operations to keep property in superior condition and on-call readiness.
