ML Property Group LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Service Manager to oversee service requests, preventative maintenance and amenity area upkeep across our communities.

You will partner with the Community Manager to ensure a safe, secure and comfortable living environment, manage on-site staff and coordinate with vendors to meet property goals.

This hands-on role requires strong safety focus and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies to keep the properties in top condition.

Formación

• English fluent required.
• Three to five years apartment maintenance experience.
• Minimum one year as Service Manager or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Perform various community maintenance tasks including but not limited to: light bulb changes, filter changes, lock repairs/changes, window coverings, HVAC repairs, caulking, painting, pool maintenance, electrical and plumbing, flooring repairs.
• Inspect and coordinate all make-ready repairs and services; ensure safety conditions and lock storage areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, professional manner and maintain maintenance logs.
