Job summary

NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor to manage a network of apartment communities and lead a team of skilled technicians. The role focuses on maintaining high-performance facilities and resident-focused service, while coordinating emergencies and on-call responsiveness.

The candidate should possess strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills, with readiness for on-call duties and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Requires a strong customer-service mindset and leadership ability.
• Able to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• HVAC/R certification encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across community operations reporting to the Community Manager.
• Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely completion in occupied apartments.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and manage facilities to maintain value.
• Engage with residents to ensure a 5-star service experience.
• Conduct site inspections and collaborate with vendors and contractors.
• Be available for on-call emergencies during nights and weekends.
