Job summary

New Earth Residential is seeking a Service Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities and lead a team of technicians. You will ensure well-maintained facilities, reliable systems, and high resident satisfaction while staying within budgets and schedules.

The role requires a strong leader with customer-service focus, capable of handling on-call emergencies and coordinating with vendors. A high school diploma is required, and HVAC/R certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Capable of following precise oral and written instructions.
• Strong leader delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willing to handle emergency calls nights and weekends as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate hand tools.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word for scheduling and reporting.
• HVAC/R certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide support by performing general maintenance and responding to service requests.
• Oversee property maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Engage in preventive maintenance programs and manage mechanical systems.
• Ensure grounds and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inspections and budgets.
• Available for on-call duties as needed, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver courteous, 5-star service to residents.
