New Earth Residential LLC seeks a Service Manager to lead a network of apartment communities, supervise technicians, and ensure top-notch facilities and resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes on-call responsiveness and a focus on high-quality maintenance across properties.

Applicants should be able to manage multiple tasks, work weekends/nights as needed, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining safety and efficiency. A strong leadership mindset and customer service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Emergency on-call nights and weekends as needed.
• Experience in maintenance or property operations preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance support and on-call duties as needed.
• Complete service requests promptly in occupied apartments with high resident satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance and grounds to preserve property value and occupancy goals.
• Engage in preventive maintenance across mechanical systems.
• Ensure common areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Adhere to safety precautions and provide courteous resident service.
• Perform community inspections and quality assurance reviews.
• Assist in bidding and contract processes and manage vendor relations.
