Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in residential apartment-style housing.
• Management experience.
• Maintenance and safety certifications.
• CPO certification is favorable.
• EPA Universal certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all physical assets of the property.
• Provide solutions to issues or concerns that may arise on the property.
• Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain safety records and ensure a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Manage the on-site maintenance team and instruct on best practices.
• Maintain budget and work with 3rd party vendors.
