Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Service Manager to lead a network of apartment communities and a team of technicians. You will ensure well-maintained grounds and facilities and keep residents' amenities functioning, with a focus on service excellence and occupancy goals.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with vendors, residents, and staff to deliver a five-star living experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage time, set priorities, and achieve goals.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, staff and residents.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC/R certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide support by performing general maintenance and managing on-call duties.
• Oversee independent and timely completion of service requests in occupied apartments.
• Lead maintenance and preventive programs to preserve property value.
• Ensure grounds and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with residents, staff, supervisors, and vendors to meet occupancy goals.
• Adhere to safety precautions and provide five-star resident service.
