Job summary

NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Service Technician to join our maintenance team. You will perform general maintenance in common areas, respond to service requests, and support resident comfort with proactive repairs and careful safety practices.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager and Service Supervisor to maintain high standards, ensure timely issue resolution, and contribute to a vibrant, well-kept living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader with strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated with time management and goal-setting abilities.
• Resourceful problem solver in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork with on-site staff, residents, and vendors.
• Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance in common areas.
• Be available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments per standards.
• Oversee maintenance to support resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and repair mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Follow safety protocols and provide 5-star resident service.
• Assist inspections and QA reviews as needed.
