NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead a network of apartment communities, overseeing technicians and property maintenance. You will ensure well-maintained facilities, high resident satisfaction, and reliable operation of all appliances and systems.

The role requires strong leadership, superb customer service, and availability for emergencies during nights and weekends. HVAC/R certification is encouraged and a solid business background is valued.

Qualifications

• Capable of following precise oral and written instructions.
• Strong leader focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated with time-management and goal achievement.
• Comfortable solving problems and adapting to priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication with residents, staff and vendors.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support community operations reporting to the Community Manager.
• Perform general maintenance and be on-call for emergencies.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments timely and independently.
• Oversee property maintenance to sustain resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Lead preventive maintenance and keep mechanical systems in good condition.
• Ensure grounds and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Engage in HUD inspections and annual walkthroughs.
• Maintain inventory of materials and coordinate with vendors.
