Job summary

NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC seeks a Service Technician to support community operations, perform general maintenance in common areas, and handle on-call service requests. You will work under supervisors to ensure resident satisfaction, uphold safety standards, and maintain property assets.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, HVAC/R certification preferred, and strong English communication. Proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Word and a willingness for night/weekend emergency calls are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader with strong customer service.
• Self-motivated, able to set priorities and manage time.
• Resourceful problem solver in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance in common areas and be on-call as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests in occupied apartments.
• Oversee maintenance to support resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas at all times.
• Adhere to safety protocols and deliver 5-star resident service.
• Assist with inspections and QA review results.
