Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee a network of apartment communities and lead a team of technicians. You will ensure well-maintained facilities and high-tech appliances operate reliably, while delivering 5-star resident service.

The role requires strong leadership, readiness for on-call duties, and collaboration with Community Manager and vendors. A high school diploma is required; HVAC/R certification is encouraged and on-site work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide support by performing general maintenance duties and on-call duties as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests in occupied apartments while meeting standards.
• Oversee property maintenance focusing on resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Manage preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical systems to preserve property value.
• Maintain clean and well-kept grounds and common areas; uphold safety precautions.
