Job summary

Asset Living in Reno, NV is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and resident relations. You will supervise staff and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure timely, quality work.

The role requires on-site attendance, budgeting awareness, and the ability to manage vendors and inventories while upholding OSHA guidelines and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• Maintenance management experience and leadership responsibilities.
• Supervising maintenance staff and scheduling activities.
• Strong focus on resident service and safety compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management; regular on-site attendance and respond to work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage inventory and budget in line with Community Manager guidance.
