Westland Real Estate Group in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and ensure quality across the community. The role blends hands-on work with strategic supervision, including after-hours on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, coordinating external vendors, and assisting with budgeting and inventory to stay within budget while delivering an exceptional living

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a residential maintenance supervisory role
• Experience supervising one or more employees
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• EPA Universal Certification
• HVAC Certification required for NV, TX, and San Bernardino County, CA
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies
• General computer skills for managing work orders and reporting

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise the on-site maintenance team.
• Hands-On Maintenance & Quality Control: Oversee and perform advanced maintenance in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Operations Management: Manage the work order system and coordinate outside vendors.
• Budget & Inventory Control: Assist the Community Manager with budget and inventory control.
