Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas and amenities.
• Clean and sanitize high-traffic areas including lobbies and elevators.
• Maintain outdoor spaces: sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping.
• Assist residents with moving in/out and loading/unloading.
• Complete work orders and report issues.
• Provide friendly customer service to residents.
