Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance tasks, and ensure market-ready apartments. You will handle plumbing, electrical work, and other repairs, while keeping common areas and grounds in top condition.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, knowledge of housing laws, and a valid driver's license. Strong English communication and a willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.
• Strong computer literacy and written/oral English communication.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Use of personal smartphone may be required for certain tasks.
