Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Laguna Niguel is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and prepare market-ready apartments. You will also conduct preventative maintenance and keep common areas in good repair to protect the Community's standards.

The role requires problem-solving skills, basic plumbing and electrical abilities, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment and interior repairs.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections for repairs or replacements.
