Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician in Los Angeles to promptly address resident service requests, perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related repairs, and keep units and grounds in top condition.

You will conduct inspections, assist with painting, and respond to emergencies after hours when needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC equipment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• English communication skills in writing and speaking are required.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
