Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders and complete repairs promptly.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) across the community.
• Inspect buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
