Job summary

Robertson Electric is seeking a Residential Maintenance Service Coordinator to bridge field technicians with customers, coordinate daily maintenance schedules, and drive service excellence. You will handle dispatching, onboarding customers, and ensuring smooth field operations in a fast-paced home services setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or administration.
• Tech-savvy with scheduling software (ServiceTitan) and MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance schedules and dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan.
• Be the welcoming voice on incoming calls, execute "Happy Calls", and build long-term relationships.
• Keep technicians supplied, informed, and equipped for seamless job execution and high productivity.
• Partner with sales coordinators on equipment leads, manage non-stock part orders, and spot system repair opportunities.
• Ensure accurate job documentation and support commercial and demand service calls.
