Job summary

Accurate Mechanical is seeking a Residential HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage customer inquiries, schedule installations and maintenance, and coordinate dispatcher operations for residential HVAC services. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about HVAC equipment and installations.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to residential job sites for efficient service.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and dispatch activities in company systems.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to resolve service issues and delays.
• Provide detailed information to customers about products and maintenance to aid decisions.
