Job summary

Urban Land Interests (ULI) is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage day-to-day leasing operations across multiple Madison properties. You will respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and maintain accurate listings and resident records, while providing strong customer service and community engagement.

The role includes open houses, resident communications, and supporting events; familiarity with Yardi, Adobe, and social media is a plus. A positive attitude and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Residential Leasing, Property Management, or Customer Service-related field.
• High School degree required; college degree in business, communication, marketing or related field preferred.
• ARM or CAM certifications a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and stay organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi and Adobe a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to rental inquiries and lead property tours.
• Maintain CRM system and ensure accuracy of property availability board.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and inspect units.
• Coordinate resident relations and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain and update listings across rental platforms with current pricing and features.
• Support planning of resident events and manage social media presence.
