The role requires weekend availability and strong communication skills. This position offers a competitive base rate of $21.00 per hour plus generous commissions and comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Professional, courteous and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, lead tours, and showcase apartments and community features.
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable.
• Guide applicants through applications, screenings, deposits, leases, and move-ins.
• Maintain accurate resident files and enforce renter's insurance compliance.
• Support lease renewals by preparing documents and coordinating with residents.
