Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospects and residents, showcase our communities, and guide them through the leasing process. You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and driving leasing success.

Travel between Madison Midtown and Madison Grove is required. You’ll manage applications, follow up with leads, and promote our communities to achieve occupancy goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community, providing outstanding service.
• Lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, promote communities.
• Know our property, amenities, and competition.
• Track leasing traffic and follow up with prospects.
• Handle applications and finalize lease paperwork.
• Ensure move-in readiness with final inspections.
• Coordinate lease renewals to maximize retention.
• Market properties and travel between two communities as needed.
