Job summary

Madison Communities seeks a Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospects and residents in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will showcase our communities, drive leasing success, and coordinate the lease process from application to move-in.

Travel is required between properties, with a focus on exceptional service, strong communication, and accurate record-keeping to maximize occupancy and retention.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or leasing experience is preferred.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community, delivering top-notch service to current and prospective residents.
• Drive leasing success by meeting occupancy goals and promoting communities.
• Know the product: stay informed about property, amenities, and competition to showcase offerings.
• Track leasing traffic and follow up with prospects to optimize strategies.
• Facilitate the lease process from application review to paperwork.
• Ensure move-in readiness with inspections and walkthroughs.
• Support renewals by building relationships and coordinating lease renewals.
• Engage in local marketing to position Madison Communities as the go-to option.
