You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, run credit checks, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins.

You will design marketing plans, use OneSite or Yardi to track availability, and maintain show units to company standards.

Qualifications

• Leasing and sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks; prepare leases.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability, traffic, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show units to company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, tour communities, show apartments, and process applications.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and schedule repairs as needed.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the community.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leasing decisions.
• Support lease renewals with letters and packages; engage renewing residents.
