Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and assist with move-ins.

The role requires ensuring show units meet standards, coordinating with maintenance, and implementing lease renewal communications.

Responsibilities

• Performs all leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and signing leases.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Develops and executes short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to create traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing platforms.
