Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen tenants, and prepare leases to drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role requires strong communication, market awareness, and the ability to operate OneSite or Yardi.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, screenings, and move-ins.
• Knowledge of market conditions and marketing strategies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate property management software and manage data.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate repairs.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Create marketing campaigns using online platforms and referrals to drive traffic.
• Track availability and traffic with on-site software and maintain data records.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Support lease renewals by preparing letters and renewal packages.
