Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to execute the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, guiding prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community’s lifestyle offering.

This role supports resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and proactively manages renewals. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential for success at Greystar communities in Greenville, SC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service background.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, explain apartment features, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Collect information from prospective residents at move-in and maintain records.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic to the property.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site property management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate maintenance needs.
